This year’s show has been written by the Playhouse’s own Karl Ridsdale and is a thumpingly entertaining family romp through the classic tale of one boy’s dream to find his fortune. Joined by his ever faithful cat, Dick will find himself up against the evil King Rat and his adventures will take him to the far flung shores of Morocco, via the top of Goldthorpe high street, way past the Co-op and turn right.
Don’t miss this fantastic retelling of a family favourite, full of song, dance, thrills, spills, appalling jokes, and a little mild peril from time to time.
