A warm welcome into 2012 to you all! Hopefully this week you’ve been along to one of our annual panto performances, but don’t worry, if you haven’t caught it yet there’s still time and a few tickets available.
New Year is traditionally a time for resolutions, and ours this year is simple: to just keep bringing you great entertainment of all kinds so there’s something for everyone. Julie is busy scheduling in lots of new shows for our new season and well into the 2nd half of the year as well.
This year is already shaping up to be really exciting, with a great selection of established companies bringing exciting new shows; the return of some old favourites; and a good sprinkling of some brand new faces to the Playhouse. Plus our usual programme of dance festivals, showcases, special events and the occasional more experimental production.
So whatever your taste in live entertainment, don’t forget to keep checking the website, our Facebook page, our Twitter feed, or even your good old postbox for more information on shows as we add them during the year.
